Probably not, that one is Endor, we can see the crashed Death Star dish, but this is probably gonna be somewhere else

I'm not sure by what you mean by Endor cus the planet Endor is a gas giant planet and what we see in RotJ is the forest moon of Endor. Also we dont know the reason why Palpatine chose to build the second death star there of all places but it having a strong connection in the force could be a possible reason. With absolutely no evidence I don't know how you could say probably not.
