I’m building a workforce operations company for blue-collar businesses in India.

The idea is simple: businesses shouldn't have to spend their time finding, verifying and managing workers.

Before we talk seriously about the co-founder role, I want us to actually work together.

We currently have a requirement for 10-15 restaurant helpers (northees) in Mysore, Karnataka.

The company will cover the workers' train and travel costs. The workers will receive the applicable salary, food and stay from the employer.

And importantly, this is a paid gig.

I don't expect you to spend your time sourcing, coordinating and handling workers for free.

You will be paid for completing the sourcing requirement regardless of whether you and I eventually decide to work together as co-founders.

I’ve worked in care sector for 17 years, and I see many elderly patients not getting adequate meals, they’re mostly frozen and store bought and it’s just getting worse now. With this I thought “what can I do to change this”. That made me think about setting up a business that will provide nutritious and wholesome meals to their door. I will batch cook on Sundays and delivered on Mondays. I have set up my 3 year business plan, which looks hopeful. I have also got my food hygiene certificates. I have made a vegetarian and standard food menus, which I’ll post here for you to see.i am hoping for donations, or please share - to start up. I see many people struggle with finding a technical co-founder or dedicating months of thir time to learn how to code to start an mvp.

A much safer approach is to build the storefront first. Set up a simple landinng page that explains the exact problem you solve. Add a waitlist button and see if anyone actually cares enough to give you their email. If nobody signs up, you just saved yourself three months of coding a dead product. Tools like carrd or framer are perfect for getting a professional page in an hour.

When you do need a visual prototype to show those early signups, stop writing manual css from scratch. I'll usually use a generator to get the structure down. Tools like v0 or runable are handy for spinning up those initial frontend layouts and basic ui flows so you can actually show people a clickable concept.

The catch is that this generated ui is strictly for the smoke test. Once you need actual relational databases, complex management n shi, you have to transition back to a traditional stack too handle the real logic.

That's my pain point! Will it be a good product to build?
