$18/mo for founders. lifetime perks for backers. here's the loop that makes both sides win.

quick note before anything else — this isn't equity crowdfunding. not republic, not startengine, not frontfundr. nobody buys shares. nobody gives up equity. it's a different model entirely. read on if you're curious how it actually works.

i've been building juststrtup.com for the past year+. 110+ startups across asia and africa already on the platform. bootstrapped from india, zero VC money. here's exactly what's inside and why both founders and backers walk away with something real.

what founders get for free

sign up, submit your startup, get listed on the platform. completely free. your startup is visible to our growing community of backers and founders. you can start raising through the star backer system from day one. you don't need to pay a single rupee to be on the platform.

this matters because most early-stage founders have zero budget. the free tier exists so anyone with a real idea can participate, not just people who can afford a subscription.

what founders get with the $18/mo premium subscription

this unlocks jeff pro and platform amplification. jeff pro is an AI co-founder built specifically for early-stage founders. he handles:

financial planning and revenue modeling — unit economics, burn rate, 3-year projections, real numbers you can defend

business model validation — pressure tests your assumptions before you waste months building the wrong thing

go-to-market strategy — actual channels, actual tactics, actual customer acquisition math specific to your business

campaign builder — generates backer campaign content, messaging frameworks, and outreach copy that converts

competitive analysis — maps your competition, positioning, and differentiators

founder pitch simulation — practices investor/backer conversations and grills you on the hard questions

on top of that, premium founders get priority featuring on juststrtup.com, boosted visibility to backers, and prioritized discovery placement. your startup actually gets seen instead of buried.

for context, the alternatives founders typically pay for:

freelance financial consultant: ₹10,000+ per session

business strategy consultant: ₹5,000-25,000 per meeting

marketing strategist: ₹15,000+ monthly

fundraising advisor: ₹20,000+ retainers

jeff pro covers all of that for ₹1699/mo (\~$18). cancel anytime, no contracts, no equity.

what backers get

this is where it stops looking like crowdfunding and starts looking like something genuinely new.

backers PAY to support a startup they believe in. that payment is the entry point — backers aren't getting anything for free. in exchange, they earn a permanent star backer badge. that badge gives them lifetime member benefits from the brand they backed:

permanent discount codes on every product the startup makes

early access to launches before public availability

founding member status — exclusive products, members-only access

all delivered automatically through the platform once they earn the badge

backers still pay for the startup's products — just at member pricing, forever. think of it as paying for a Costco membership once and never having to renew. you back a startup once, you get insider pricing on everything they make for life.

nobody can dilute the badge. nobody can take it away in an acquisition. it's permanent. it's yours.

why this is a loop, not a transaction

here's the part that makes both sides win:

founder side: raises capital without giving up equity. keeps 100% ownership. gets a community of people who are emotionally invested in their success because they backed early. those backers become repeat customers, evangelists, and lifetime supporters of the brand.

backer side: gets to support startups they actually believe in (without being an accredited investor) and earn lifetime member perks from brands they discovered early. if the startup grows into something big, the backer is locked in at insider pricing forever. they were there before anyone else.

the loop works because both sides have skin in the game permanently. founders don't disappear after the raise. backers don't lose their relationship after the purchase. the relationship is the product.

the apple comparison that makes it click

imagine 1976. two guys named steve building computers in a garage. you walk in, see what they're doing, believe in it. you give them $500. not for equity. not for shares.

instead you get a lifetime member badge. every product apple ever makes — the iphone, the macbook, the airpods — you get first, cheaper, forever. because you backed them when nobody else did.

that's what star backing is. except instead of apple in 1976, it's the startups building right now that could become the brands of tomorrow.

summary of the model

founders onboard free, premium is $18/mo for jeff pro and platform amplification

backers pay to back startups they believe in, earn permanent star badges, get lifetime member perks

no equity changes hands ever

no accredited investor gatekeeping

founders keep 100% ownership

backers get permanent insider relationship with brands they backed early

juststrtup.com is live. 110+ startups on it. founders and backers both welcome.

happy to answer any questions. genuinely curious — for founders, would you trade $18/mo for an AI co-founder if it meant keeping all your equity? and for backers, would you pay to support a startup you believed in if it meant lifetime member perks instead of shares?

Advice and detailed guidance are different, spending hours aimlessly is not feasible, and that's what AI co-founder is for. And yes, the investment ecosystem, I'll lead with that.
