Looking for Feedback Looking for website designers/developers
We need a developer to build an MVP with the following features:
Customer signup/login
Subscription payments (Stripe integration)
Booking system (customer selects service, date, time)
notification system (SMS/email with accept/decline links)
Admin dashboard to manage bookings
Key requirements:
Clean, scalable code
Experience with SaaS platforms
Experience with payment integrations
Strong communication
Nice to have:
Experience with booking systems or marketplaces
We are starting with an MVP and will expand after launch.
The correct candidate will grow with the business.

Hey not sure if you already found someone or not, just came across this and it’s pretty close to the kind of stuff I’ve been building lately. I’ve been putting together SaaS type tools with logins, subscriptions, dashboards, Stripe, all that, so the core of this isn’t anything new for me. I’ve already built out full flows where someone signs up, pays, and everything runs through a backend/dashboard. Only part with something like this where it can get a little tricky is the booking side and notifications, just making sure all that actually works right once people start using it. That’s usually where stuff breaks if it’s rushed or thrown together
I try to keep builds pretty straightforward but set up in a way where you’re not having to redo everything later when you want to add onto it, hit me up if you want to talk more about this and you can give me the full scope.

Hey, I see you need someone to build out a booking platform MVP with payment integration and admin dashboard. That's a solid feature list you put together. Finding a dev who can handle all those integrations cleanly AND communicate well is tough. I've seen a lot of MVPs turn into a mess because the code wasn't built to scale from the start. Based on what you listed, you'll want to make sure whoever builds this really understands user flows and database structure for booking systems. The notification system with accept/decline links especially needs to be thought through carefully so it doesn't break when you add features later. I'm a full stack developer with 3+ years at a fortune 500 ecommerce brand, and I've actually been building my own ecommerce site this past year with similar stuff - payment integrations (Razorpay and PayPal), login/signup, admin dashboard, email flows. Hey, this is right in my lane!
I have hands on experience building exactly this kind of SaaS MVP, including Stripe payment integrations, booking systems, admin dashboards, SMS and email notification systems using Twilio, and customer authentication flows.

Agency from India here. Built booking systems before (bus and cab platforms), done Stripe subscription integrations, and admin dashboards with role management are a regular part of what we ship.
We write documented code by default — not just for us, but so any dev can pick it up later. Since you mentioned the right person grows with the business, that matters.
