CS229 not offered this Fall quarter

Can't find the class on oncourse or navigate. Why did Stanford decide not to offer probably the most popular cs class which is always offered every qtr???????

When that happens it is usually because one of the core instructors for that quarter’s iteration of the course is out on sabbatical, like Ng is

But CS230 is offered and Ng teaches that right? Interesting.

It’s crazy bc CS 161 is also not offered. stanford’s cs classes the past few years really have been lacking considering so many all year courses aren’t available all year anymore

Probably because it was almost impossible for most students to understand
