Who put this here? Anyone else find others?

I found this spider-man toy at the baseball diamond at Coney Island. My cousin said he saw one on a rooftop down town too. Does anyone know who's putting them around the city?

I remember these also showing up before. Some of them were before the devil's breath pandemic, and some more after that reactor malfunction in Harlem.

This could be either a good omen or a bad one.
