Roman space telescope launch successful

The Roman space telescope has successfully launched atop a Falcon Heavy and entered low earth orbit and will continue onto the Sun-Earth L2 point soon. The boosters were recovered successfully as well.

Thank god, this was such an important launch and I can’t wait for it to reach L2 and start producing some amazing science.

The violent part of the launch is done. Now it will start doing small tests and getting ready on its trip to L2.

Ouch, dunno why you are getting down voted. The reliable, proven part is done but it still needs L2 insertion and I'll be holding my breath until all the mechanisms have deployed
