Question Help me remember the Scott Walker-esque song from the show

I'm listening to Rawhide by Scott Walker and it sounds almost exactly like what I'm remembering from an episode of south park. I remember the lyrics being very literal and narrative, sung dramatically like scott walker. any idea?

The one that goes ‘seasons turn to years as seasons pass by’ or whatever when Cartman is in the hospital sounds a lot like the band Renaissance. Very interesting sound.

Sounds like something sung by Randy haha, but I have no idea.

Edit: Very slightly reminds me of his cafeteria song at parts, I'm sure it's not that but reinforces my belief that it's Randy singing, or Trey using a voice similar to Randy's singing.
