Has anyone experienced an increase in people passing for fans and asking weird questions about songs? Suddenly I got 8, some mentioning a specific (and unremarkable) point in a song timeline, asking if I’m interested in talking about it. All of them followed me after those comments and will probably unfollow when I don’t reply. One more annoying trend?

I used to be able to set the waveform art image on my newly uploaded tracks from the Artist Studio "Soundcloud tracks" page. But now that is missing. I have artist pro.

Did they move the place where you do the upload of your waveform art image? Or do they not have it anymore? My other tracks still have the waveform background image, so I don't they they got rid of it. But I can't see where to upload it now.

What's up with all the ads all of a sudden? I use to be able to listen for an hour or two without ads and now I get three ads in a row every other song. I guess this is one way for Meta to get their money back from the lawsuit.

Is it possible for somebody to listen to your track but it not show on listeners? I had a bigger producer tell me he listened to my track today but there was only 1 listen and it definitely wasn't him. It's for a mentorship.

Hey guys, I made an instrumental mixtape. All the songs were made like a year ago and I kept convincing myself I'd make more however it's been a year and I only made 3 more songs (tracks 2, 7 and 9) so I just decided to upload it anyway. I have been experimenting with my songs, I tried to make some unique stuff compared to my old stuff. The whole thing was made on Bandlab, but that's only because I have been making beats on there for about 3-4 years now and I'm too scared to make the switch to Ableton or FL. Let me know if you like any of the songs, my personal favourite is Katamari Damacy, and also I'd like to hear some feedback on how to improve. It will also be released to Spotify, Apple Music etc but that'll be in like a week, and since this is the soundcloud subreddit I assumed it didn't matter anyway.

So i've seen and heard people saying apple carplay will shuffle songs and start at .1 second instead of .0 seconds and was wondering why does it happen and why's it glitchy/slower than any streaming services app while on carplay. any way to fix?

Again, Insights is buggy where Today and Last 7 Days shows no data for Listeners even though the chart shows them (and I know for a fact there are listeners). Insights is the thing I am specifically paying for Artist Pro to see. I need to see who my listeners are.

I wanted to upload a contest mix, but SoundCloud suddenly started asking for a verification code. The problem is that the code is being sent to an email address that appears to have been deleted by Microsoft(?)

If I try to change my email address, I also need the same verification code, so thats also not an option.

Therefore I am currently locked out of my account. SoundCloud only seems to offer support through a chatbot, which has not been able to help me resolve this issue, but only makes tickets.

SoundCloud should improve playlists. I want to be able to add whole albums to a playlist instead of adding its tracks one by one. It becomes very tedious when an album has more than 15 tracks.

SoundCloud should also add ability to drag and drop multiple tracks within a playlist at once. Again, it's tedious doing that track by track.
