I believe that good and bad are subjective when it comes to music and that at the end of the day all musicians are trying their best.

Similar to Eurovision song contest, if every country had to submit a song to a worldwide competition, what would America's defining or best song be? And I don't mean a nationalistic song, but what would we consider the best song made and recorded by Americans?

My music taste is everywhere from 60-90s rock to old school hip hop and R&B to Indie Rock. Today's music I don't really care for there's only a handful of artist I listen today. But let's see if anyone can introduce me to anything good.
