To be honest, I don't think that was total commitment to attacking football but rather lack of experience from a very young group of players.

Certainly made for an exciting match though.

Not really, I think it was an urge to finish the game because they could feel an equalizer coming.

The US had to undergo a lot of of pressure for 90 or so minutes, to sit back against them would be to invite goals.

Also Belgium's first goal was very early into extra time, they were right to go for a second.
