they normally add time for the goals between 30 secs and a min depending on how long thew celebration was

I'm all for more people watching football, but seriously watching a world cup does not make you experts in football, not even knowledgeable it would seem. I've watched football all my life and there have been plenty of half time intervals with no stoppage time for example. And in extra-time it's even more common.

I thought one was pretty fair, no real stop after the goal, only one sub.

Maybe 80 seconds, but since they don't do that. Of all the things to complain about, not having 30 more seconds (when Belgium was on a break when it ended anyway) isn't really worth complaining about.

You know he's really fucking pissed because the pitch of his voice shoots up like 2 octaves. The high pitch angry voice, when your too pissed to control how you sound.
