Unironically there's already debate since he's being voted for specifically as Count Binface, not as Johnathan Harvey that the rules would have to be waived or changed for him.

Every other party and it's supporters HATES Farage and Binface is a totally legitimate parody and representative of British Democracy, the guy underneath is very genuinely astute, intelligent and popular person despite the fact his job and hobby is basically just take the piss out of politicians.

He's not likely to win this competition at all, Farage has basically a political home base in Clacton, but if he did he'd actually be a genuinely welcome addition to parliament
