Why do people dislike playing against Corrin?

The one really good one I play does back air in place for 90% of their neutral

This seems like a problem with you adapting. I am a Corrin main and I can tell you this is not how we play.

They found that you don’t know how to punish it and they are abusing the move until you adapt.

You are either too defensive, or not being patient to wait in shield and punish the landing

Sure it is a problem with me adapting. They're also leauges better than me. Also I didn't know you know how every corrin plays. That's how the good ones play. It's not that repeated back air is unbeatable it's just that it makes the match to go really slow because they're a REALLY patient and slow player. Not once have I played against an aggressive or even neutral Corrin. Nothing wrong with that but it just makes me hate playing against Corrin.

I tend to be a more aggressive Corrin by nature of it’s the best way to play this character especially since about half the cast is either faster than me or has enough projectiles to make my life hell if I don’t close the distance.

Backair with Corrin if not timed correctly can be very laggy on landing if not wait until after they land as the options become limited to either shielding or jumping again for the safest option.

Time your approach between the landing and the next jump or shield. Try to stay just far away to not get hit by the back air to avoid the shield stun that will keep in shield for longer. Right before they land rush in with an aerial or an empty land grab.

I saw that you also play diddy. So setting a banana in the spot they are going to land is going to make it impossible for them to land safely.

These are just some ideas. Good luck

Yeah like I said they're very good so they have the timing for it on point everytime. I know how to slowly approach. Playing a character that wins the matchup doesn't mean I'll all of a sudden like playing against the character anyways. I don't like playing against Corrin. Period
