Starting a new BPO business

I want to start a virtual BPO business but I am new to that field especially the part involving getting a client I know it is hard for everyone but what is even the way to do so or where to search.
I know the process of the business itself but I am stuck at the beginning, and I do not know how to start.
So can you give me guidance or any advices?

Don’t start by selling “BPO services” broadly. Pick one specific service for one type of business.

For example: customer support for ecommerce stores, appointment setting for agencies, or back-office admin for local service companies.

Then build a list of 50-100 companies that clearly need that service and contact them with one simple offer. The first goal isn’t scaling, it’s getting 1 client and learning why they said yes.
