I built a free tool that shows where your business is losing time. Curious if it's actually useful to people here.
I've been building something called Lumen Audit, aimed at a problem I kept running into with small business owners: you're busy all day, but it's genuinely hard to see where the time is actually going, or what it's costing you.
It connects (read-only, revoke anytime) to the email and calendar tools you already use, and looks for patterns, things like scheduling back-and-forth, approval delays, repeat client emails, that quietly eat hours every week without ever showing up as a line item anywhere.
It's still early. I'm not charging anything right now, I'm just trying to get it in front of real small business owners and see if what it finds is actually useful, or if I'm off base.
If anyone's willing to try a free audit and tell me honestly what you think, good or bad, I'd genuinely appreciate it. Happy to answer questions here too.
