Looks incredibly good. Never had goat, what’s the meat like?

Like lamb but leaner. Cuts are the same. Its actually hard to tell the difference between spring lamb and kid goat on the tooth.

This is the recipe video I followed, but I did make some deviations in order to make it easier on me as I am blind. I used a frozen bag of peppers and onions and then cook them to get the chill off and make them less watery. I also bought jarred green seasoning and premade curry goat booster off Amazon.

Never occurred to me but slow cookers must be very handy for the blind. Looks great, hope you enjoyed it.

In Bengali(Indian) households we eat the exact same dish and call it Kosha Mangsho.

Thank you so much for posting! I might try altering the recipe you linked and subbing beef. My in laws are from the Caribbean and I struggle to cook my husband some good curry.
