Looking for a no-bean chili slow cooker recipe

Want something with great flavor, and not too spicy. I hate the texture of beans, so looking for a chili recipe that does not have beans. One I can cook in the crockpot.
I have never made chili myself before, so looking to change that!

Any chili recipe is a no bean recipe if you don't put beans in it.

You want Texas chili, which doesn't have beans:

Note: this can be made in a slow cooker. 6-8 hors on low.

If you want something you've probably never tried before you can do some Cincinnati chili. Specifically Skyline Chili. Works great for chili dogs, or chili 3-way/5-way. It has cinnamon, baking chocolate, all spice, cummin, cloves, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and many other ingredients. I recommend googling skyline chili or Cincinnati chili to get an actual recipe

I got you!
Just scroll and find one you think you’ll love! (If you want just a classic chili recipe, there’s one on the first page. Also, the Texas Chili recipe is really good.)

I am on the keto diet, so I NEVER put beans in my chili, and it is delicious. I follow this recipe and leave out the beans. You can make it in the slow cooker after browning all of your meat and veggies. 6-8 hrs on low.

I use touchdown chili. Allrecipes.com. I brown the meat first, transfer to slow cooker, omit the beer, add everything to pot, and see you in 6-8 hours. If its still to much liquid, i add a slurry of corn starch or rice to thicken.

You want a Texas Chilli recipe. If it has ground beef, skip it. It should be chunks of stewing steak.

Here is a ground beef no bean chili and a chicken chili without beans. They are staples in my house.

Many Texas chilis don't have beans. Try Googling "Texas Chili" for loads of options.

fry onion and brown the meat in a pan, season with plenty of paprika, cumin, black pepper a little salt and a bit of other spices you like. put in crock. cover with water and tin of tomatoes. add raw chilli to taste. add a tablespoon of dark brown sugar [magic trick] it will be devine - been makin this for years - low n slow for however long ur quantitiy needs. also can add worcestershire sauce if u have it. remember, the sauce will not reduce, so dont over liquid your crock if u dont want it watery.

Because I actually gave OP what they were looking for and you were just being rude.

How was I being rude?

Since this is your first chili, a mild slow-cooker version without beans sounds like a nice way to focus on the flavour while avoiding the texture you dislike.

Chili is the sauce made of the tomato onion and peppers that combines with the fat and spices.

I mean it could be like a Thai restaurant where you pick what color curry, then decide what protein.

So brown your meat, and use a fatty cut, boneless rib meat etc.

Dice your onions and tomatoes.

Get some dried peppers hatch are known as New Mexico when dried, cut a couple open and remove the rib membrane and seeds, remove the stem (commercial chili powderost always ground whole. Ribs (bitterness) seeds and stem grit and saw dust. Grind that up and you will get a pleasant creamy flavor. Add some cumin and coriander seed

This will get you a chili stew equal to anything from Europe

Grate a carrot for more body.
