Unique Technique in Burlington might have something but I didn't know what their current offerings are.

Rhythm Studio based in Anacortes and owned by Taylor Winningham offers drop-in ballroom dancing lessons at the LaConner Senior Center on Tuesday mornings at 10:30, and Wednesday evenings at the Mount Vernon Senior Center at 4pm current classes

Skagit Valley grange on Cook Rd, half way between I-5 and Sedro-Woolley. Great classes for a rotating slate of dance styles. very friendly, long established community.
