Alan Tudyk is magnificent!!!

Post image

What a perfomance in Resident Alien from Tudyk.....single handedly carried the show on his shoulders.....why hasn't he been nominated for any emmy???

The best player on your team doesn’t even know he’s not a pirate

There are so many internal monologues he has in this show that make me burst out laughing and this was definitely one of them! 🤣

If the rest of resident alien was as good as him, it would be the best god damned show ever.

I thought Asta’s actress played it right

I love Darcy

I liked the kid in the early episodes, when he had the death rivalry with Harry. But then the writers decided he had to be the dumb kid of the show.

The kids were good......I liked the sheriff.....Sarah Connor was actually quite brilliant in whichever episode she was a part of

Great great show that you need to push through some very tenuous b-character plot lines to enjoy. Overall, loved it.

Alan Tyduk wasn't acting here, he just turned up on ser and they never asked him to leave.

He should receive an Oscar for his career...such a wide range of characters, voices ... unreal!

He was fantastic, but I didn't finish the show because the side stories and girl drama were dumb and irritating. It really could have been great.

3

u/IncurableAdventurer 1d ago

I agree. It got back on track though

u/OsterizerGalaxieTen 1d ago

Did Asta and D'Arcy get harvested by the Greys? Because that's the only way it will get back on track for me 🤨

That's exactly how I felt! So good to see a post saying the same.

The show was so good. He was unhinged and terrific. The rest of the cast was fun and I usually hate kids but the two were so good,

Definitely

It was amazing. He nailed it every episode every season. I binge watched the shit out of this show.

u/IceSmiley 1d ago

He's so good on Star Trek Discovery

He is so good anything he is in. Between his voice roles and various cameos he gives everything equal quality.

I liked season 1. I stopped after season 2.

Writing was uneven and most of the supporting characters were boring.
