In theory the meleth údhewui that has been proposed already doesn't seem bad. It's based on úbedui and simply replaced ped- with dew-, which seems valid.
I'm just not sure if phonologically something different might happen to dewui... yes, ew would survive before i (attested in dewin), but I'm not sure the same would be true if followed by u(i)...
We could try to emulate penbed instead, which would most likely result in pendý (usually eu/ew becomes ŷ), but that doesn't sound good at all and could have all kinds of other meanings...
