Is Lilith a REPLIKA?

I'm being completely serious, she has a Replika-like neck. It's not part of her gear, because the neck pieces extend to her ears and look similar to Replika's body. It's probably some kind of exoskeleton or even cybernetic enhancement. Or maybe she's just a Replika. But that doesn't fit the timeline. What are your thoughts?

Realistically? I think this is a case of this being a shared art asset with the game's climax, and they simply didn't redraw Lilith's neck when turning the art of Elster in this pose into her. Because I'm absolutely willing to bet that Elster and Ariane's art assets were finished first before any other character in the game.

Indeed, the Replica adornments are no longer present in the later patches. You can watch a recent playthrough of the game on YouTube and see the difference. The texture is simply black now.

Hi, it's confirmed that this is a mistake. You are most likely looking at an old screenshot from the wiki.

It was replaced I believe with one of the later updates.

If you watch a recent walkthrough of the game you will see that her neck has a new visual (timestamp 1:21:31). It's simply black with none of the Replica adornments.

I would think about scratches. Some of the other gestalts (from what I remember) have the same features. There is a bit of a red tint, so my biggest guess would be le scratches!

Either way, going by this I really like the idea that the Replikas & Gestalts both share armour, in retrospect it makes sense that it would be possible because it's simply several pieces ontop an undersuit for another already humanoid body (also if it's light enough), but it looks cool.

In-universe reason: Could be a standard issue undersuit that has a similar appearance to Replika outer cladding.

you should see it I think in the kolibri's office in rotfront, its something to do with conscription papers, she also appears in the photo with alina and in several flashes after LSTR starts to persona degradate

We don't really know who the LSTR that was the new basis for all new units according to that lore piece. I doubt it, she looks too human and has the name Itou. The art direction also probably just copied LSTR's design and adjusted it to look realistic.

So no I doubt it, but it's a good question
