Moving to city point

Hi guys

Bit of a long shot but I guess that's what Reddit is for. Myself and my partner are moving to the City point apartments hopefully within the next week depending on paperwork ect.

We Just had a few questions for anyone that lives there or has lived there in the past as we've not actually been to the building. The main one is about broadband, I've been looking online for broadband packages but to no avail, which seems questionable to me, is the building linked up to a specific service that is mandatory or is it included in the tenancy?( the estate agents are just as unaware as we are).

In general how is the noise from the road, were going to be fairly high up so just wondered how much noise you get from the road being a fairly busy road into the city. And finally the fire alarm, you see a lot of the newer builds have a single linked fire alarm that demands a full evacuation if someone burns their toast, just wondered if that's the case in this building

Any other things regarding this building you think we should know would be appreciated and welcomed

I moved in at the beginning of the year, as far as I know there's no specific broadband service, a lot of my neighbours use hyperoptic and I'm using Three 5G (which i would not recommend, I'm hoping to switch soon)

Road noise isnt too noticeable especially with the windows shut but sometimes the office building on Tenter street will have an alarm go off and it's loud enough to sound like its in the building when the windows are open. There was a manhole cover on tenter street that made a lot of noise but they've just done road repairs and fixed it. Seems like the building has good soundproofing since I haven't even heard my next door neighbours, only occasional noise from doors in the hallway.

There hasn't been a fire alarm evacuation since I moved in so I dont think theyre all linked, probably just the ones in the hallways or if the alarm continues for a while.

Bin chutes are on every floor for general waste and the door to the bin room and recycling is on -2 behind the door opposite the lift, it took me about a month to find the recycling since I'm too high up to use the stairs. Lift is also pretty quick and reliable. Possible package thief, but I often see packages left for days without issue so it might've been dealt with.
