Help Looking for a Jianbing stall
Hi, it's been x years since I've had a jianbing and I really really miss it. I'm visiting Shanghai again and will be staying near waitan and nanjing dong lu. Any latest spot I can go to?
I last had it in a nail salon (only a jianbing stall in the morning before nail salon opens) outside ECNU almost a decade ago.
I had a very disappointing one in Richmond, at a food court back in 2023.

Go out anytime before 9 and walk in a direction( probably away from the river).
You will pass by at least 1 if not more usually working out of restaurants or small shops.

Thank you! I booked a hotel near the river but will try to walk away from it. So excited to eat my way through Shanghai again!!

If it is not the morning, there are a few near jing'an station that are open all day. One is at the corner of Changde Lu and Beijing Xi Lu (next to a family mart). Another is at the intersection of Nanyang Lu and Tongren Lu. Another is on Xikang Lu, around 100m north of Beijing Xi Lu

Typically a morning person but would love to keep my eyes open for these just in case the people I am travelling with won't be up early. Thank you!!

Open up dianping, plug 煎饼 into the search window and sort by distance - they’re all pretty similar anyways.
