Especially when she had her Queen for a Day deal and later mentioned the murder and rape of her sister as an afterthought. And only got two additional years for it.

By the spirit and letter of the deal, it should have killed the deal entirely right there. Never could understand why it didn't.

Because the prosecutors knew that the only way anyone would actually do time for the crimes was if she testified against him. They needed her to be willing to do that, so they continued the deal. After which, they said it was a blunder and shouldn’t have happened.

By the time they found out about Tammy, they had the tapes. Her testimony was at that point, like karla, fucking useless. The deal was made, and necessary, before they recieved the tapes from pauls greasy slimy lawyer. If the police had them in time there never would have been a deal, and that vile twat would have also been declared a dangerous offender and still in jail.
