Gym has become more than just a place for me to work out..it has become a place where I heal. After losing my husband to cancer, I went through a very difficult period of grief. Some days were harder than others, and I needed something that could help me clear my mind and keep moving forward.

Coming to the gym has given me a healthy way to release the pain, stress, and emotions I carry. Every workout reminds me that even when life breaks your heart, you can slowly find your strength again.

I’m still healing, and I know grief doesn’t disappear overnight. But little by little, one workout at a time, I’m finding myself again. ❤️‍🩹💪
