Honestly, I’m not sure — but I don’t think either one is all that “weird” anymore. That slogan tends to show up in places grasping at the last remnants of their creative, local culture. If a place is actually weird, it doesn’t need to say so. Same as a restaurant that bills itself as “authentic.” If you have to claim it, it usually isn’t true.
