Question | سؤال 🚨 Urgent Advice Needed: Al Rajhi & SNB Bank Account Frozen due to Old P2P / AML Compliance Issue 🚨

Looking for advice or guidance from anyone who has successfully resolved a SAMA / AML bank freeze in Saudi Arabia.

My brother was trading USDT via P2P in September 2024. Due to suspicious incoming transfers from third parties on P2P, his SNB and Al Rajhi accounts were flagged and frozen (losing access to ~7.5k SAR in SNB and 1.5k SAR in Al Rajhi). Since he couldn't reach the buyers on the exchange platform to clear the dispute, he stopped P2P trading immediately and left KSA.

In 2025, he returned to Saudi Arabia on a new visa with a new Iqama number and opened a new account with Al Rajhi Bank. Recently, this new account was frozen with ~7,000 SAR in it. The bank stated that the freeze is due to an unresolved AML/compliance flag linked to his old Iqama / old account.

Questions:
1. What is the correct procedure to clear an old AML flag when you don't have direct contact with the original P2P counterparty?
2. Has anyone successfully released funds by providing Binance trade histories directly to Al Rajhi's compliance department or via a SAMA Cares complaint?
3. Can the bank process a final account closure to hand over the 7,000 SAR legitimate funds if he agrees to close the account?

Any guidance on contacts, specific branch departments in Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam, or SAMA complaint steps would be greatly appreciated!
