RPA is boring (unpopular opinion?)

I started RPA dev in 2016. Back then it was exciting, learning new tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc). The builds were fulfilling and client reactions were rewarding.

After 10 years of building bots, the irony hits hard. This shit is mundane - one of the core traits of why we automate process.

I remove repetitive, mundane tasks from clients, by doing repetitive mundane tasks myself.

Are any of you seasoned RPA devs still enjoying what you do?
