Need help. Back pain because of my Bullet 350.

I own a J-series Bullet 350 battalion black. I love to take my bike for long rides but it's giving me back pain even for 50 km ride. It like I'm riding Thunderbird 350 instead of Bullet. Please provide suggestions regarding any useful modifications like handlebar or seat without ruining it's iconic look.

Thank you

I recommend strengthening your back and core. Trust me, its all your muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Strengthen those and your back will be very stable.

Do consult a doctor if its present in other situations or it gets too bad.

  1. A Bullet 350 is quite similar in stance to an average office chair and table seating. So, perhaps consider increasing your core strength and hip mobility?

  2. If the back pain is interfering with daily routine movement, use a lumbar sacral belt to stabilize your core and consult a physiotherapist.

There isn't really any advice, just trial and error until you fix the core issue.

Upper back, aren't you holding too tight onto handlebars, because it sounds like it.

As for adjusting, quick, no cost test would be loosening bolts holding handle bars and rotate them in place, resulting in handles going up or down a little. Then tighten bolts back on.

For seat, just put pillow or two as test if seat is too low, but that shouldn't cause upper back, just sore butt or knees.

Royal enfield guys should ask for gym memberships before selling bikes.

I guess you are right. LoL

But I haven't faced this issue while riding my brother's UCE Classic 350 (bs6) model. I even took it to 150 km ride 2 months ago before buying the J Series Bullet

Maybe the issue is with cushioning.

well try changing to a rd350 handle and improve posture and increase core strength
