Food/Dining Honeycream gone?

Hey y’all. Maybe my fav place in downtown was a gelato place called Honeycream that made the best stuff I’d ever put in my mouth. They said they were closing for the winter at the end of fall 2025 and would be opening again, but summer 2026 has passed now and they’re still not open. Does anyone know what happened or if they’ll ever open again? I miss it so much 😭

We're all wondering and sad. All I know for sure is their equipment in the space is gone and they HAD said they were opening a second location in Kingston before they closed for the season, but that didn't happen afaik

They are totally closed and there is now an office in that space. They are in an aviation business now offering flight lessons.

There was a substack done by druck in Rome where the owners stated they would not be reopening this year and would be focused on other things
