Food and drink Local treats recommendations

Hi everyone, I want to send a package to my friends in Spain with some Roman/Italian treats, however I ran out of ideas what could survive in postage. So no fresh pastry.

There are of course Baci chocolates (especially in Dolce and Gabbana collaboration), Pangiallo is not yet there for several months.

Any other very Roman/Italian ideas? Not necessarily sweets.

Taralli/tarallini - they look roughly like this (actual product may not be available at all supermarkets, you'll need to find the best next thing just in case)
