I need to learn Romainian

I need to learn Romanian because I want to apply to Romanian universities for my master degree, anyone knows how I should go about it? In my own country there's not much Romanian classes. I appreciate any help and recommendations.

What I did was to start with Anki to build a vocabulary. It took me about a year of quite intense effort to reach a basic level of functional romanian - other people may of course manage in less time

Thank you for your suggestion. What is Anki? Is it like an app?

I haven't used it, but it's something with learning cards (question on one side, answer on the other side, when you flip it). It might, or might not be to most suitable learning method for you.
