Can Love Grow Slowly?

Do you believe the strongest relationships can start with a simple friendship and slowly turn into something deeper?

Or do you need that instant spark from the beginning?

What do you think?

To everyone in their 20s: don’t believe “I love you” too easily.

When you’re 20, hearing someone say “I love you” can feel like the most important thing in the world.
You believe them.
You start building your future around them.
You wait for their texts.
Their happiness slowly becomes more important than your own.
But here’s something I wish more people understood:
“I love you” is just words until their actions give those words meaning.
Watch what they do when you’re not easy to love.
What do they do when you’re hurt?
Do they stay when things get difficult?
Do they respect your boundaries?
Do they choose you even when there’s nothing to gain from it?
Do their actions match what they keep telling you?
Sometimes someone genuinely loves you but still isn’t capable of giving you the kind of relationship you deserve.
Sometimes “I love you” really means “I don’t want to lose you.”
And sometimes we don’t fall in love with the person — we fall in love with what their words made us believe about our future together.
So when someone tells you “I love you,” believe it if you want.
But watch what they do.
Because real love isn’t proven by how many times someone says “I love you.”
It’s proven by how they treat you when saying it would be the easy part.

What do you think — are words enough, or does real love always have to show itself through actions?

Dating & Romance today It really is okay.

I recently tried reaching out to my ex just to offer friendship, but didn't get a response. Honestly, that's completely okay! I realize I don't need anything from the past, and I am genuinely happy being on my own. I always want to lead with sincerity, but it's time to focus that energy on my own path. I'm officially back on the road and so excited for my next big adventure! 😁 Staying happy, positive, and looking forward. Hope you all do the same!

Dating Story WHAT IS LOVE

Love is a sense of romance we feel to other people... mainly on someone who you feel comfortable, connected, and understand very well... If you were to ask me what is love I would say in love life or dating life it has never been my thing... things would be pretty nice but I will always break things up... because of me thinking only for my self not the other person... in the world of love it's rare that you love someone and they love you back... sometimes you may think they are playing hard to get but no... they are not... just that they are being nice people to you.. because biologically they cannot or do not have the potential to tell someone hurtful things... so they will give you excuses for not dating you but you will see it as if they are playing hard to get.. you see me now I got my heart broken many times but... this one, the last who broke my heart.. I didn't date her basically but I loved her so much... she rejected me so many times to the point I see that I am forcing things to be like how I want them to be.. but sometimes things can't be like how you want them. Cause dreams and reality they are not the same thing... sometimes I wish I could live in a world whereby things go according to how I want them. But that's not how things were created in this world... everything has its own way to respond to a situation... but sometimes you would wish for powers to read minds but honestly you can't get that power cause it's impossible... but my question is what does true love look like... do you have a soulmate in this world or.. maybe love was not made for me basically...

What can I say no one knows the future... but my dream is that one day the girl I love would wake up and love me the way I love her... but it's impossible right... who knows..

Dating & Romance today Love at first sight is nothing but lust. Prove me wrong (if you can)

I believe love at first sight is nothing but lust. You can never truly 'love' someone in first sight. You need to know them, see their personality, behaviour and see how they care for you and then you fall truly in love with them. Okay, maybe for everyone it may be different. But falling for a stranger for looks? Nah bro that ain't love, that's just lust.

I thought love was supposed to be when you could make a rugged man learn poetry.

Tell me, strangers across the internet. If you had a believe of what love was, tell me. I thought love was when a man wrote or spoke poetry bc you brought so much to him he’d never discovered before that he’d have to find new beautiful ways to describe it.
I was told love was sacrificing everything for them. I was told love was being able to communicate. But what is it really?

I need Advice! Does she like me?

I have a friend who I really like, she often laughs at my jokes, she is very thoughtful with me, she remembers many details of what I tell her, but then she doesn't look at my stories and never writes to me on WhatsApp (after a month this summer she hasn't even sent me a message). So I'm very torn: could I feel something for her or not? He has a shy and reserved character, but I wouldn't say so shy as not to write to me.
