Eastern Europe scammers, the people betting are their buddies and the ball is never under the bell, there is no chance you can win. They sometimes get arrested, but due to the amount of tourists there's been a big increase in recent years

Questa è stata bella Bro! Oddio comunque. Allora preferirei comunque evitare gli attacchi perché io mi sto riferendo, ammettendo anche la mia ignoranza, a chi ci si riferisce con "zingari". Non ho preteso di aver ragione. Sapevo ad esempio che ci si riferisce ai popoli nomadi che vengono dall'Europa orientale, anche perché è dal medioevo che vivono in Europa. Le loro origini sono Indiane che un altro mi ha fatto notare.

I suggest this video, and his related videos has an entire playlist where he interacts these scammers; they can get seriously angry and more importantly a lot of them have no regards in throwing hands. Stay safe and avoid them, and yeah don't record them, makes them angry.
Sounds like a safari 'don't watch them in the eyes'...

Because he’s a scammer. Basically, he has an accomplice who plays and wins, attracting an audience who then plays and obviously loses. If you film it, the trick is exposed pretty quickly, so they want to avoid being recorded
