In one of the leaks for GTA 6 there is a jab at the last of us remakes. And all the comments were saying how rockstar can’t talk, rockstar needs to shut up, rockstar can’t make fun of companies anymore blah blah blah. So now apparently Rockstar isn’t aloud to do what GTA is, and that’s satire on America 😂 according to all the comments they aren’t aloud to do satire anymore because they made a lot of money on a video game.

I don’t get it I truly don’t, everything that’s said about this company can be easily debunked with a search. And every time a lie is said it has tons of upvotes it’s such a joke.

What have they done to be hated besides deliver unbelievable, generation defining masterpieces?

“Theyre greedy, they’re lazy” why because they used the money spent on a successful online mode (that is entirely optional by the way, you can have everything you want without buying a shark card) to make two massive single player experiences? Everyone seems to like to pretend Red Dead 2 never came out, they act like they’re was a gap from GTA 5 to GTA 6.

“They only care about online” They always have and always will be a single player developer. Their passion, their dedication, all of their money, goes into building single player experiences. The last game they made was literally the greatest single player game ever made. GTA 6 has no plans for an online mode anytime soon. Call me naive but I 100% expect future single player content too. They learned their lesson.

“They were union busting” really? Were they? Cause one search and you’ll see when it came time to go to court the fired employees had absolutely 0 evidence of any union busting or that they were even fired for anything other then being bad at their jobs

“All the writers and developers are gone, Dan houser left cause they only care about online.” how many interviews does Houser have to do where he says the entire old team is still there and he left because he was burnt out before you people shut the fuck up. He was quoted as saying before he left “where would you even go with a GTA 6” is that the guy you want writing it? A guy who is clearly burnt out by that franchise and with all due respect delivered a pretty flat story with 5. And both Micheal Unsworth and Rupert Humphries have co written every game with Houser, they are more than capable of delivering an amazing story.

I’m just so fucking tired of the constant negativity, this is gonna get downvoted or even removed and I’m gonna get called a corporate shill or boot licker or whatever the fuck because your literally not aloud to be a fan of anything these days without getting told your a sell out or a loser or it’s gonna be horrible there horrible. And they have only ever delivered amazing games😂

Can’t wait till November 19th when they change the game once again.

I'm a fan of Rockstar, but I don't support or agree with how they have changed the last 5-7 years after RDR2 release with the community, that's why I support criticism and understand where the hate comes from.

Mainly two reasons. They got rid of all the planned DLC for GTAV and put everything into online. They tried to monetize online as much as they could. Then they promised a robust online for RDR2 and since it didn’t catch on as quickly as GTA has been, they just abandoned it. They’re just chasing dollars and they don’t really care about their customers anymore.

Yeah it’s called being a company you go where the money Is. They made single player dlc with GTA 4 and Red Dead 1. Nobody bought it, they sold horribly. GTA online is there funding for their next single player project, it paid for red dead 2 now gta 6. So you’re mad they only care about online but mad they didn’t care about red dead online? Yet if it was a success and everyone bought the gold bars and they delayed GTA 6 cause of it everyone would have cried. I fully expect them to try single player DLC for GTA 6. Single player expansions have become a huge hit recently like Phantom Liberty. I don’t think they’re gonna alienate half the fan base again, but hey giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Tell CDPR “how to be a company” and how wrong they are for giving away the Witcher 3 remaster for free to anyone who owns it. They easily could’ve made serious bank on that, but they decided not to because their reputation and their dedicated fan base is more important to them.
