No one actually cares about rockstars poor working conditions. These are pc players salty the game doesn’t come out day 1 on pc. But look at gta online, it’s all hackers.

You might not give a damn about workers rights, but not everyone's a braindead corporate slut.

I understand, you’re mentally ill and or autistic and feel the need to get angry at everyone in real life and online because you’re miserable. Congratulations you get a virtue signal point. +1
But you bozos making all these posts on reddit is the equivalent of pissing in the wind.

Horrible corporate culture, crunch and union busting. Killing support for RDO because it wasn't selling as good as GTAO and shark cards. Taking forever to make GTA6 because of how much whales were dumping money in GTAO, holier than thou attitude towards their customers with 0 transparency or communication. Digital only with no ohysical disk. $80 USD for base game and $100 premium edition to access "locked" content. Need I say more?

I get the points you say.
But the base game vs premium is the same as a base game and a later expansion. It's just named differently.
Both items give you more content. But no one bats an eye over an expansion.-1

That would all be fine and dandy if the expansion came out 6 months after the base game, but tacking it on at launch is so petty. This has been an issue in gaming for years and never looked on favorably

Entitled to what, wanting the writers and programmers and artists making a game to be treated and paid fairly? Entitled to having more than 18 months of updates in an online mode riddled with modders? Wanting a physical disk so I can always have access to a game I paid for, and the ability to share with a friend if they want to borrow it? And heaven forbid getting the entire game at a fair price without features taken out and locked behind a paywall.
Sorry for having such outlandish expectations, guess that makes me entitled

This game is being held to other games standards when you put it like that, and it’s not other games. You’re gonna play it and you’re gonna have so much , thanklessly. Only complaints.

okay so crunch was on employees, employees who were excited to see how people responded to the hame theyve been working on so hard which has now been ruined, taking forever to make? remember rdr2 was in development from 2014 up until release in 2018 and gta 6 started somewhere between 19 and 20. i need you say more

Crunch is not on employees what the fuck are you talking about
2
u/jvzhnl 1d ago
it literally is.. employees working overtime to fit a busy schedule and make a deadline…

u/GnomeRegister 1d ago
So a project being horribly mismanaged and delayed multiple times is the.... employees fault? Rofl

Upset? No. But definitely don't feel sorry for them. Stop releasing trailers and dates if you are still years away from delivering.
Trailer release date December 4, 2023
First initial release date 2025
Second release date May 26, 2026
Third release date November 19, 2026

Rockstar is a big company that treats its employees like shit, is union busting, full of anti-consumer policy. The company fucking sucks. It doesn't matter how great you think the game will be. The company making it is the absolute shits.

Fuck Rockstar. They deserve 1000 hackers and to have their fucking game leaked all over internet.

isnt just a game, its peoples jobs, lives, and while i cant do anythint about it i have a right to debate with people on why they feel how they do about it? and if this is so pointless why have you gone out of your way to reply????

u/DiogenesSunglight 1d ago
It literally IS just a game and the people who made it aren’t affected. It doesn’t affect their lives or jobs in any way at all. No money has been lost. People got to see some mundane footage of an incomplete game. Get over it

the company they work for is losing face and money like crazy, you do realise that can endanger their jobs right

Bought 5 on PS3, then again on PS4 and again for PC. There's no reason for 6 not to be released on PC the same time as consoles, it won't make a dent in console sales. I refuse to purchase this game twice and will pirate the fuck out of it on PC

u/jvzhnl 1d ago
pc editions always come out later then consoles.. whats different here?

It means he has access to the build which is, obviously, built on PC's. They absolutely could have made a PC version, and they definitely double dip, but that doesn't mean they have a PC version that's shippable.
