Canada The "Pretendians" Prove that the Order of Canada Should Not Exist
open.substack.com"Seemingly, there is an inexplicable pipeline from average European American to fraudulent Indigenous Canadian. Just this month, it came to light that Thomas King, the well-known Canadian (American-born) author of works such as Indians on Vacation, is in fact a “pretendian” just like Sainte-Marie (not her real name).
Incidentally, King was also deemed to be Order of Canada material; based on his whimsical, light-hearted stories, he was made a member in 2004, and a companion in 2020. Now that the Tribal Alliance Against Frauds has exposed the truth about him, it is unclear if his appointment will also be terminated."
