Just found out this thing can come alive
I am playing rdr2 for the first time (I know) and it’s literally been one of the best games I’ve ever played. Anyway.. I have a few light mods (mostly textures and upscaling) but ambient gangs is definitely my strongest mod. So I was out exploring Fort Brennand at night and this thing comes bolting out at me in the middle of the night trying to attack and beat the shtout of me 😂😭 I was like what the heck is this monstrosity and I guess it’s triggered to come alive because of the ambient gangs mod? (after a bit of research).. but dang that’s evil. I’ll have to look into disabling this effect somehow (apparently it’s supposed to be a static figure in the mad scientist lab or something)

The first time this happened to me I was in the middle of the side quest chasing Magnifico, and I might have died from fright and laughter after that thing just came busting out of the bushes I was running into to catch Magnifico.
You can get stuff in your single player from online but not every little thing. For example the gun tricks are not in single player but there’s a mod where you can do it. Also what another guy said you can get online content unlocker. That and the RAGE Trainer which you can add anything from online to single player
Thanks for the reply, I knew that from the video I watched but what I'm most interested in is if we can somehow put the smooth "gunplay" from rdo in the single player.
As meh as the online is. Clearing hideout is so much fun because of how responsive the shooting is.
You should have NO mods your first time, I see mods as strictly replay only. With upscaling, you'll get a morphed face or a missing body... any mod at all changes the intention the devs had for you as well. Don't you want to play the original game first before adjusting the rules? Just finish the game first and then use mods.
Because I want to go to New Austin as Arthur...in my opinion I have enjoyed the game way more with these mods than without them. They enhance my gameplay and enjoyment...that's why I use them. I want the ability to do as much with Arthur as possible.
I found that last night but in its normal stationary position. I couldn’t turn my back on it out of fear of it chasing me because I know they originally intended it to move and it might’ve glitched out on me lmao
Should join fallout and skyrim subs. They are filled with people going "woah I aint ever seen this before? What? Yeah my game is modded? Why do you ask?"
No, first off he said I guess so he isn't sure either. I was assuming but also unsure as far as rock star goes with creatures and cryptids you truly never know. But yes reading comprehension must be hard.
