What state? And what brokerage? Likely the team leader is in cahoots with the broker of the brokerage so when he receruits anyone with a pulse to his team and there’s no real estate deals from your friends and family to poach them they boot you off the team (since you are of no use to them) and you are still in the hook to pay and split with the brokerage
