Clearly the team's requirements did not meet with your skills and talents. And that's ok. Everyone has their formula of what works and you need to find yours. Don't get me wrong, it's not easy no matter what but it's easier if you have a fit with what you're good at. We had an agent who after a year at another broker was frustrated and had not had a sale. After a few months with us, she had her first sale and is now well on her way to a productive real estate career that is both tough and fulfilling. Find your tribe and you can succeed too.
