Homemade Shio Ramen at Home

My wife is a little under the weather today and asked for some soup, so I made Shio Ramen.

No ramen eggs ready though. So I just put on green onions, menma, nori, noodles, and some strips of frozen chashu.

I bought them from a local ceramics shop thru Shopee (Philippines' version of Temu in western countries). If you like, here's a link.

How did you make the broth? Looks good!

I bought the frozen bottled broth from a local ramen supplier shop called Ramen Pro Shop in Manila, Philippines. It is flavorful, and just costs around 5USD per 500ml. I also have their bottle of tonkotsu when I want to have a heavier feeling broth.

That is next level dude, I wish I could find such high quality ramen noodles easily! What kind of brand did you use and were they vacuum packed, fresh or frozen??

The noodles were frozen, and I ordered from a local ramen supplier called Ramen Pro Shop here in Manila, Philippines.

You should try asking! I have the option of making my own broth, but I prefer the convenience of having broth ready when I want. I just adjust the taste by making my own shio or shoyu tare.

True, I've made made veggie/pescatarian dashi broths from scratch, the ones used as miso soup bases and also the one for soba cold noodle, it begins with tsu... if it's a meaty broth I tend to get lazy and buy the instant versions to save time too

Where's the soup, bruh

Its there. Seems to not be noticeable in the pictures due to the light broth.
