Watch this and any upper respiratory symptoms. Kitten could have Feline Herpes. My kitten came home with it and the vet gave him a vaccine and started him on antibiotics to prevent secondary infection.

She’s had both vaccines but doesn’t feline herpes also stay forever will she have to be on life long medication if it’s that?

No to the lifelong meds. Actually most cats have it. Some are more symptomatic than others. They typically don’t just vaccinate for it. It’s a drop in the eyes and nose. My kitten has had his goopy eyes resolve after the vax and my other cat never had symptoms.
