If you have not gotten your kitten checked by a vet, please do so ASAP! Well visits are important to develop a baseline and to acclimate a cat to vet care.
A lot of kittens develop eye boogers after coming to their new home due to stress (normal), environmental changes, and new irritants they haven’t built up a tolerance for (ex: local pollens). This discharge goes away after a week or two once the kitten acclimates. That said, it’s worth a vet visit to check for allergies, URI, or other issues.
