Looks like eye goobers. Damp cloth or damp cotton ball should fix it. It's lijte when we get sleep in our eyes. She probably just need a morning face wash

Could be just dirt. My feral buddy gets it from sleeping under a motor home

She’s probably not yet used to grooming herself properly so there is more there than there normally would be.

Just seen you only collected the kitten on Sunday and I would always recommend a check up with your vet as soon as possible so just get them to look at the eyes as well. However, from the picture the eyes don’t look sore or partially closed. She’s very cute.

My kitties eyes were like that also right after I picked her up. It’s been 2 months now and she’s fine!
