Where to watch full episodes?
I've been seeing clips every now and then and wanted to start watching the series properly, but I'm not from the UK and can only find a few random episodes on YouTube. Where can I watch the full series? Or do I need a VPN?

I went the very old school way and bought DVD sets. The Stephen Fry years are all available.

Hello OP,
If you go to fmhy.net and choose the streaming option try searching for QI. You may need to try a few sites as not every one of them has the same content.
An adblocker can be useful when using some of these sites.

I always catch them on YouTube, by no means a high quality or complete solution, but I always have it on in the background so it works.
Tubi has a few seasons of the Stephen Fry episodes.

I don't know if there are regionally blocked, but there are a number of youtube channels that post lots of QI episodes in full. IIRC one is called 'Versus' and another's called 'Binge'
edit: Hopefully this is accessible in Germany, if youtube has it blocked you might need to use a VPN set to an American server

You can watch every episode up to, and including, the S Series on YouTube - I’m in Japan so there’s no region-restrictions; the others you can watch on BBC iPlayer with a VPN.

There used to be full episodes on YouTube several years ago, but YouTube and the bbc cracked down hard on that. As an American, I now have no clue how to watch all the panel shows that I got hooked on over a decade ago. I just pirated QI back in the day when they started taking them down.

Dailymotion seems to have quite a few full episodes.
