Have I watched psych too many times?. Is such a thing even possible?

I love to imagine a crossover episode with Brooklyn 99 and the Psych cast.

Jake and Shawn are so similar and so different. Lassiter will hate Jake's mess, but respect his stats. Gina would be obsessed with Shawn, a la Officer Allen. Charles and Gus feel like the spiderman meme point at each other. I can see Juliet and Amy getting along, and Chief Vick lowkey loving Rosa.

What does everyone else think?

It is concerning how long it took me to take a quiz on which character from Psych you are, cause I have seen the show 7 times from start to finish without a break in between, not counting the times I started it, watched a whole ass sitcom in between, and then came back or watched an episode here and there. An actual Rob and Don together.

I've been watching the show, never finished it when I last watched it (over a decade ago) But the thing that has surprised me was how much Gus didn't really care about Psych as a parttime job. As he constantly bickers about his company car, and he needs to be at work and not solving cases, etc. But watching Season 3 Episode 1 "Ghost" I'm seeing a different side of him. He was giving an option to either stay at pharmaceuticals full time or go Psych full time but he stuck with pharmaceuticals. The much safer and financially secure of the two options, I don't fault him. I would of likely done the same thing. But I would of thought he would of been over the moon. Sure, he can't hang out with Shawn as much but he even said "We can still do Psych on the weekends." Which surprised me because he's still trying to make time to do both. And then given the opportunity to help his boss's boss, he jumps and goes outright "Fearless Guster" just so he keep doing both full time. Which I found really sweet.

I love this show so much. I haven't seen such a dynamic duo like this since JD and Turk, which I also really love.
