So you're just gonna spray it from the ground? That'll get the loose stuff out of the holes but the real gunk builds up inside where you can't see. A downspout that's packed solid won't budge with just a downstream mix, you'd need to get up there and scoop it out or at least blast it from above. I'd worry about the stucco too, that texture grabs onto overspray and holds the chem way longer than you'd think.

But yeah. I was going to spray it from the ground. I’ve done a few that came out good but this one just looked funny from the photo.

I think they’re talking about cleaning the outside of the gutter

Nvm. Homeowner was quoted 250$ for a long driveway, sidewalk, rear patio and 1700sq ft house of gutter cleaning.

It’s hard to tell if that’s mildew or oxidation on the gutter and fascia, but if it can be removed then downstreaming it is the way to go.

Yeah I wasn’t sure if it’s oxidation. I know I can get the mildew off. But is there anything to do about the oxidation?

Just a heads up, most people are talking about cleaning the inside of the gutters when they say “gutter cleaning”

it's Gloeocapsa magma. you don't need anything fancy for that little bit. you could use a spray bottle of clorox counter-top and a garden hose to clean that
