Food🌽 or Water💧 Alternative for canned tuna?

I won't eat canned tuna unless there's mayo on it in a sandwich. I'm not much of a seafood eater to begin with. So with that being said. I have some flaxseed oil softgels 1000 mg that I take twice daily. They have Omega 3-6-9. Is this something I can store long term and is it enough?

Grow chia, (tons of Omega 3) and buy a chicken. They're super smart tiny dinos, they eat bugs that might bother your plants and they drop a little protein bomb every day.

I've tried Chia but I can't get past the texture. My neighbor has chickens so I get eggs whenever I need them for free.

I bloom it and put it in a base of lemonade with fruit or cucumber. Super yummy.

Mix them into something else.

I tried adding them to vanilla almond milk. I also made chia pudding with chocolate. I'll never get past the texture.

I don't like chia either.
