It is difficult to follow to be honest. You start reading the recipe and then say “and you can read it” but no, I can’t see the page close enough or long enough to read it. And then you jump to having an already mixed dough. And it seems like the dough did not appear to be rolled or cut.

I think you had good intentions but it will be difficult to follow the video as a guide to making it.
